I have just spoken to the lady at the Council regarding the regeneration scheme!

It seems that the Council ARE prepared to alter the flow of traffic, however at the moment no FIRM decision has been made.

I am now awaiting a lot of opinion forms to be dropped in.

Things are certainly not dull down here!
